MYM-2003型小型加氫反應(yīng)試驗裝置
本裝置可進行催化劑的篩選和工藝條件的優(yōu)化，由兩個反應(yīng)器串聯(lián)，可裝填不同催化劑（100ml-200ml),中間設(shè)采樣罐，由微機加智能議表控制，儀表精度、自動化程度國內(nèi)一流，試驗數(shù)據(jù)受人為因素影響小，可信度很高。本試驗裝置由進料、加熱、反應(yīng)、分離、氣提、收料等系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成，配備進口微量泵、氫氣壓縮機、循環(huán)氫壓縮機及進口質(zhì)量流量計本裝置可控反應(yīng)壓力在0~10.0Mpa 之間，控制精度±0.1Mpa，可控反應(yīng)溫度500ml/h.新鮮氫氣流量≤3000ml/min. 循環(huán)氫氣流量≤10000ml/min.

It can be used to select the catalyst and optimize the process conditions.It is designed with two series reactors coeditions .It is designed with two series reactors for different catalysts,and one sampling tank in the middle section It is controled by a comprter and intellinent instrumerts with the first control accuracy automation level at home .The test data have very high confidence hou the less man-made infuence .This unit ys madeoffeeding,heating,reacting,separating,gasstrippingmand materila receiving system,with a inported micro pump ,a hydrogen gas compressor,a circle hydrogen gas compressor,and a importde mass flowmeter .The control pressure ys batten 0~10.0Mpa,the control accuracy is +0.1Mps,the comtrol accruacy is 1度 .the max feed yd 500ml/hr,the max fresh hydrogen flow is 3000ml/min ,the max circulating hydrogen flow is 10000ml/min.
