MYR-2005型40L連續(xù)聚合反應(yīng)裝置
本套裝置是國內(nèi)化工行業(yè)中極少數(shù)幾套橡膠及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品連續(xù)化聚合型試驗(yàn)及生裝置之一。本套裝置設(shè)備先進(jìn)、流程合理，它既可以完成從實(shí)驗(yàn)室小試到工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的中間過渡性試驗(yàn)，為工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供完善的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，還可以進(jìn)行化工產(chǎn)品的批量生產(chǎn)。該裝置既可以連續(xù)化運(yùn)行，也可以根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行間歇操作。裝置全部設(shè)備采用防爆設(shè)計(jì)，以確保運(yùn)行安全。40L釜連續(xù)化聚合裝置先后進(jìn)行過順丁橡試驗(yàn)和生產(chǎn)，都取得了令人滿意的效果。
