MYU-2005 型丙烯直接氧化制丙烯醛評(píng)價(jià)裝置
該評(píng)價(jià)裝置采用一個(gè)加熱爐，二個(gè)反應(yīng)器，可以同時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)兩種丙烯醛催化劑，丙烯氣體、空氣、氮?dú)獠捎觅|(zhì)量流量計(jì)進(jìn)行控制計(jì)量，液體采用電子稱和計(jì)量泵聯(lián)合計(jì)量和控制，產(chǎn)品經(jīng)冷卻后通過壓差和氣動(dòng)閥控制液位，氣相產(chǎn)品通過濕式流量計(jì)計(jì)量，整套裝量采用計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)控制和監(jiān)測，能隨時(shí)打印和儲(chǔ)存工藝以數(shù)及數(shù)據(jù)。
Evaluation unit for the acrolein produced by direct oxidation of propene:
this evaluation unit has one heating furnace and two redactors ,can evaluate tow kinds of acrolein catalyst,the propene gas ,air and nitrogen is controlled and measured by quality flowmeter ,ths liquid is controlled and measured by electronic scales and metirc pump ,the product is cooled ,and then liquid level is controlled by pressure differerntinal and air-operated valve ,gas product is measured by wet flowmeter,thewhole unit is automatically controlled and monitored by the comprter ,technological parameters and dato can be printed and stored.
